I haven’t been helped yet I just came from East Washington location, but when I walked into the branch at Keystone. I was acknowledged greeted with a warm embracing atmosphere!

They completely ignore the phones, I’ve sat in there and watched everybody as I called & nothing!!! Wouldn’t recommend this branch.

The banker Shawn was extremely rude an unpleasant he didn't know anything about the bank which was concerning he didn't no number to call to the back office how can somebody work a job and not know these things very concerning he said it's because it was the weekend but just because it's the weekend doesn't mean you can't call the back office to get information
