- RTRobert TurnerJan 6, 20221.0This bank is usually good, with friendly staff. However, I went in a couple of days ago to get a statement printout, and received only 1 page. The top of the page clearly said 1 of 5. When I asked about it, the teller told me there was only one page, because everyone uses the printer. I needed the statement for a home loan, and the lender asked me where the rest of the pages were. So, I went back, and before I could get my question completely out, she again told me there was only 1 page because the printer is used by everyone in the building. I ended up finding the statement online. Unsurprisingly, there were 5 pages. This lady is rude, as well as ignorant.

When we go places that other people also go to, there are going to be lines and wait times. People having to do business is not a quick and fast operation, especially when you also have to deal with computers. We all need to learn patience and be thankful that we can go to a bank where we can have our money. Not everyone does. We all make mistakes and we need to give people who try to serve us a break. None of us do our jobs perfectly.
