  I was in this branch and spoke to the personal account representative to update information on my accounts. He was going to get back to me on updating my business account after he checked with the legal department. He then showed me that they have a new savings account that provides me 5% interest and set up an appointment with the Financial planner. This gentleman was very nice, but said there was not a checking account with that kind of interest and that all he really dealt with was investments. It appeared the other gentleman lied to me and wasted both of our time. Also, I have called 10 times to speak to him about my business account and the phone was answered only once! I left a message and it has been 2 1/2 days with no return call. I am definitely going to go to another branch to do business!

  I had a pretty traumatic situation of a 10,000 overpayment to a credit card. I went in for help and was introduced to Michael Connors, financial consultant. He assured me that he would help me through this situation and he has. Charges were reversed, and he worked with me to resolve the situation all around with great care and compassion. I have been a customer of this bank for well over 25 years and would highly recommend this branch. Thank you, PNC and Michael!
