- CPCam PaignSep 3, 20251.0Went in to this bank to get a 400 dollar promotion , for changing my direct deposit, met the qualifications , in 30 days , four moths later still haven’t received the money they lied to my face affirming it was all set up knowing God and dam well there was as no such thing it’s a internet promotion not real, after that day no manager or anyone knew anything about was talking about, banking service was okay at best but could never get any assistance just official speech and I’m sorry sir never any fixing of the problem . I’m moving my money tomorrow and done with it, PNC can go the way of the dinosaur they will I’m sure service bank in name only They suck lemons

He was going to get back to me on updating my business account after he checked with the legal department. He then showed me that they have a new savings account that provides me 5% interest and set up an appointment with the Financial planner. This gentleman was very nice, but said there was not a checking account with that kind of interest and that all he really dealt with was investments. It appeared the other gentleman lied to me and wasted both of our time. Also, I have called 10 times to speak to him about my business account and the phone was answered only once! I left a message and it has been 2 1/2 days with no return call. I am definitely going to go to another branch to do business!
