  Brandon's customer service is bar none! We were at the Nora Branch to open up a new individual account for my granddaughter and Brandon was super efficient and helpful. I have been a customer (homes, cars, etc) of PNC for more than 30 yrs and it is because of this type of service I will continue to be. Keep up the great work Brandon!

  I had a great experience with teller Sarah and banker Hannah. Sarah and Hannah went above and beyond to help me. The front desk information was also very nice. The tellers were awesome but Sarah was wonderful. An excellent team overall.

  I recently opened a new account at this branch. One of the branch managers, Tonya, went way above and beyond the call of duty - I was waiting for some status updates and for two days in a row she provided those to me proactively. She also made some calls on my behalf to find out the status to give me more accurate information. In an age where customer experience is everything, Tonya provided outstanding service for me. Thank you!
