  Staff was attentive but not very welcoming , I came in nobody said a word . I sat down saw I was being stared at by clients and staff so I said , hello. After a minute I was approached by banker Fred he shook my hand but was still not very welcoming I let him know I wanted to close an account and before knowing or going into the ordeal he was already stating how it might not be a possibility or the requirements such as maturity of an account .After all the security questions and uncertainties pertaining my account Fred was able to assist me . I asked for a new print of my debit card as I had lost mine and needed a new one before travel. Fred was hesitant and after a minute he said the machine was down . I asked if that was true ?due to overhearing a lot of the other transactions of clients coming for new cards. He seemed bothered by my question Leaned forward took his glasses off and told me “what would be the reason for me not to print you a card .” As an employee there are many it could be the truth or maybe I made you uncomfortable by my presence and did not feel right about my transaction due to all the security questions you asked or the amount of times I verified my accounts. I expressed how unprofessional the interaction felt and Fred was understanding . Don’t judge by appearance always be welcoming make sure you’re greeting everybody at the door ,you shall not make any client uncomfortable especially when you’re entrusted with their financial well being .

  I left Chase to come here! All I can say is Im so glad I did so. The people are awesome the branch manager is EXCELLECT..
