  Rented safe deposit box in 2016 . Just went in branch to get my box cleaned out. This was sat April 29 2023 at 130pm . Manager told me I had to pay 15.00 for lost key because I was given 2keys back in 2016 . I was given one key and told in 2016 it was 75.00 for lost key. Manager claimed I was a lier. I will be calling corporate. Thought it was real tacky for her to argue with customers over things she doesn'tknow
