- DSDarrell StocktonMar 5, 20251.0This bank is absolutely horrible. Walk in to cash a check and am told that they would have to order money. Is this not a bank that I have an account? It shouldn't matter if the check is 10 dollars or 10 thousand. I have also been told in the past that I couldn't withdraw a large amount of money because they didn't have it on hand. When you question the tellers as to why, they just look at you and say we can't cash it have a good day. I will be pulling all the money in their bank out (making them give it to me in cash) as soon as the checks I have written clear what they want to call a bank. It is clearly unacceptable and should never happen.
