  I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but I genuinely felt the need to share my experience because it’s been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been banking with PNC for a few years now, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond in every way. Their service, professionalism, and care have truly set a new standard for what I expect from a bank. I especially want to give a huge heartfelt shoutout to Mandy, the business banker who has been a true blessing. Mandy is absolutely phenomenal—dedicated, kind, and always on top of things. She goes the extra mile without even being asked, keeping me updated even as late as 10pm. That kind of commitment is rare, and it means so much to me. She’s helped not just me, but several of my family members and clients as well, and each time she’s provided the same level of warmth, attention, and expert support. Mandy is easily one of the sweetest, most caring people I’ve had the pleasure of working with—if not the sweetest. Her passion for helping others and ensuring everything runs smoothly truly shines through in all that she does. I’ve tried banking with other institutions in the past, but none of them have come close to the level of customer service and satisfaction I’ve experienced with PNC, all thanks to Mandy and her incredible support. I’m beyond grateful and couldn’t recommend her—and PNC—more highly.

  A bank associate at this branch gave a debit card and full access to my wallet accounts to another random customer on 4/14/23, and blocked my access. Sandy, did not check ID, SS#, phone number, DOB, account #'s, email addresses, middle names or any other of the usual and mandatory security checks. First and last name were the same and that was good enough for her. It took almost a whole day to straighten this out and I will have to update ALL of my online accounts now, not to mention fees if I accidently forget one or two. If you have ever had to do this, you know what I mean. It is hard enough to protect one's identity without bank employees giving it away. I will be leaving PNC, and I suggest that anyone who doesn't want their account given away to do the same. Thanks to Michael and Freddy at Elkhart branch for helping me regain my access.
