- LELucy EndrisSep 29, 20251.0PNC Franklin has sure moved backwards. Used to be a great bank. Now they have three people working there, none are tellers. Limited services. If you need anything other than an ATM transaction, all three tell you to go to Greenwood full service branch. It makes absolutely no sense.

The only useful thing in there is the in store automated teller that is being serviced 100 PERCENT of the time I've ever been in. Don't waste your time coming in. They need to close this store and open the atm so they stop wasting so much money. Thanks for nothing. I'm thinking of switching banks after 10 years because of this worthless location.

They have her death certificate and I have submitted multiple other documents to close her accounts. They continue to give me the run around. In my opinion I would never walk into this bank again. I would give them a zero out of 5 if it were an option.
