- MMMelisa MendezNov 8, 20251.0I would give this bank 0 stars if I could. First, it is not the first time they claim to be open, but upon arrival they say the lobby is closed. However, they did allow someone to go in the lobby, but prohibited it when it came to me. This bank has already been discriminatory towards minority communities, and today was just a reflection of the racist attitudes they have displayed to their customers. I have tried to deal with this bank for a year now, but I will finally be making the switch to another bank. To anyone reading this, I'd kindly recommend to take your business somewhere else.

Edit: Just left fedex and they don't even have a notary there he said they haven't in atleast 10 years. Get your facts right before you tell your customers flagstar. the NEW HAVEN BRANCH had no problems helping me with a notary.. its just this location you need to avoid!
