Anytime I go there there always ready to help with anything I need but I have a problem with the actual company the (1-800) number. When I first opened the account I applied for a credit card and they told me it had 0% interest for 18 months and then mind you I opened it in November of 2024. A couple months go by and I see that they charged me interest in April so I called them and told them to return my money because it’s only been 4 months and they said it was a mistake and returned it. Now they charged me interest again and when I called them they told me that my interest starts in September I told them that it’s supposed to be free of interest for 18 months they said they’ll look into it and give me a call back in 3-5 days. I then proceeded to give them a call because I never received one from them. They said that they weren’t able to do anything about it. I then asked for a supervisor and they told me to wait. I was on hold for about an hour on the line before they came back and told me she wasn’t available. I have now changed my bank and that’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I haven’t had any issues with them unlike PNC.
