  Been with PNC for years and they take care of me, always help me when trouble arises. I will continue banking for years to come. Got my car loan here also

  Something has happened with PNC i bet they have changed owners or something has changed! I have banked with them for years and not had any problems till last few months! I am not surprised they have a 2.5 review rating today! Venmo transactions totally different before took out immediately now sits for days! Balances in account not consistent over and over! Actually went into Bluffton branch and thought i was Nazi Germany very very upsetting when they hold the power over our money! I will close my account first thing Monday morning! Life is hard enough without problems from your bank! I would never recommend PNC ever again after getting friends and family to switch to them as they are also experiencing problems! I suggest americans consider to not put our money into banking institutions keep it where it is safe with you as you can wake up and all your money gone! They are terrible!

  It's not this location per say, it's PNC, THIS IS THE WORSE BANKING INSTITUTION. Close it down!

  THIS IS TECHNICALLY A ZERO OUT OF FIVE!!! I deposited several hundred dollars into their machine, after hours on a Friday night, to deposit to my personal bank. The machine shut down, took my money and did not register the deposit. I have now been working with the bank for over a week and they will not credit my money to me. I have a receipt that shows I was there, the video that shows I was there, and obviously the money that's in the machine. Alex, the manager, has absolutely refused to do business with me or my bank. Word to the wise, stay away from this bank!! In speaking to my bank, I learned that all PNC branches use a third party for the machines, so if your deposit doesn't show up, you are screwed with no recourse.
