My experience with this branch was nothing like my great experience at any other branch. I was asked by my home branch to have this branch call and coordinate a verification for me. The teller refused the service on suspicion of fraud. I asked to speak to someone else and I was introduced to Jennifer Hicks. The first thing said to me was “I was on my way to lunch and now I have to deal with this.” which made me feel very much like an inconvenience along with her “annoyed” attitude for lack of a better term. She never made a call but told me that she spoke to my branch and informed me that he said there was nothing he could do for me. I left.
I returned after five minutes with my banker on the phone. Jennifer Hicks, who previously told me she was headed to lunch, was in a meeting setting up a business account (in which I know was an appointment because I have 3 business accounts myself with PNC and I know those sessions are appointment only) so she could not help me again. Again, making me feel very unimportant.
Fortunately, Aidan Ford was there to help me. He had a good attitude, was very kind to me, understanding, and genuinely helpful. He was able to listen to my request and coordinate exactly what I needed to be done within 5 minutes. I very much appreciate him and without him I would have left a 1 star review. Thank you, Mr. Ford!

Please do not bank with this bank it's very unprofessional and I received someone else personal email of a business location that I cannot pull up on Google Maps. Made me very suspicious about the entire bank. I also made a dispute that was closed out without giving me any notifications over the phone or by email. They made me wait 90 days to do absolutely nothing I think something fishy is going on with the branch on Bluffton Rd. Whenever I go on the inside the tellers have a nasty attitude. I scheduled appointment online when I got to the bank I was told I never made appointment with bank manager. I was seen by another teller a few days later I get someone personal business email that's coming from the bank manager that claims I never scheduled an appointment. I looked the address up to see why was i receiving their information and it was an empty Field but on the same street as the bank very suspicious.

Worst bank I’ve ever experienced. Doesn't help with anything and I called customer service to cancel a check and they said they’d cancel it and when I called back to see if they returned it they said they weren’t able to because it wasn’t their fault I told them that I gave the guy two checks because he said he didn’t receive the first one and then he ended up depositing both checks. And every time I make a deposit over $5,000 they charge me money for depositing it by the ATM. They don’t even deserve this one star they always lie and steal peoples money.
