- MAMalak AwadSep 16, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this branch today. I asked the employee, Liz, for a reference number, and she refused to provide it. My brother spoke with her on the phone to explain exactly what we needed, but she was unhelpful and dismissive. When we asked to speak with the manager, she said the manager was busy. When we asked for the assistant manager, she claimed there was none at this branch, even though there is. Finally, when we left, she told me that she was going to help us, but because she thought my brother was “rude,” she decided not to. I find this behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in customer service. Customers should never be denied assistance based on personal feelings.

- MFMichelle FranceJul 24, 20252.0Date: 7/24/25 @ 0930 I took my son to the PNC branch located at 7876 E 96th St in Fishers, IN. My son, went in to pay his car note. I am very disappointed in how he was treated. My son has went to other branches and been able to pay his car payment by just giving his name and address. However, this branch was quite different. At first he was told to go take the money off his card and bring in cash. Then he was told that they couldn't help without his account number. Luckily I had it on my phone. He just went back in and was told he has to have cash and cannot use a debit card. This is unbelievable. So we will NOT be returning to this location. How can you have such a contrast in how someone is treated at one location compared to several other branches? Very disappointed and wont be recommending anyone goes to this branch.
