I then called in and spoke to a concierge (appointment taker) and he was going to transfer me to a tax expert and after a minute of waiting the phone hung up. They said there would be a link in my appointment email confirmation to upload my files prior to the appointment and there is no link. Once I finally got another appointment set up, I waited for a half hour after the appointment time for someone to enter into the video call and I just got the message "Waiting for your expert". Its like they don't have their act together in setting this up at all. I will not recommend this to anyone. I wish I could give 0 stars.
