Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened. Payroll taxes weren’t paid, which resulted in unexpected penalties and extra costs for our business. While Frank himself is knowledgeable when it comes to accounting, the payroll side of his services was a complete letdown. His staff was disorganized, communication was poor, and accountability was lacking. It's frustrating when the very thing you hired someone to take care of ends up being your biggest problem. If you're looking for help with taxes or general accounting, he may be fine—but I would absolutely avoid using him for payroll services.
