  Pretty terrible. Called made and appointment asked to make sure the provided notary services . When I arrived the lady up front said I can't use the notary services when I have an account there, she was also rude about it.

  Uncaring people! Just needed a paper notarized and because of not having an account there was no help. Was in need because I'm homeless and with this I would have a simple place to lay my head. Don't understand why a person or a company would say no to something as simple as this other than wanting money. I would have paid. This bank was not willing to help out someone in need. It's that simple. I would not bank here if my life depends on it......and it very well may have

  Had an appointment at 2:10. I was early. The gentleman who i had the appointment with seemed as if he didnt want to be bothered do he sent me to someone else and she felt taking a lunch break for a teller was more impirtant so i was sent to someone else. I waited then i left because it was totally unprofessional being shoved from one person to another. He came to the psrking lit but i left and went somewhere else.

  OUTSTANDING SERVICE! At this location I found trust-worthy and honest people. The bank tellers and bank manager, let me tell you; They are not here for the money. These loyal employees are here to help! My goodness I was almost scammed through a fraudulent check through company who claimed to be Aquafina. The bank teller asked me in depth question and invited me in to speak to the manager. She calmly explained how the check had faults and saved me over 1,000 dollars in debt. Im so glad to have PNC as my bank! Thank you!!!!
