One thing I do not care for is if you do not have direct deposit or a decent amount of money to put in savings you will be charged $7 for every month that your account does not have $400 in it at some point in the month

Live operator in branch said they have a lobby full of people, and put me to phone loop with customer service. There is never a good time to visit branch and you need an appointment for anything other than a new account! Overall customer service is terrible. Wait time at drive up tellers is 15 mins minimum.
