Pinacle is their tool for helping business owners, its 50-60 dollars a month and for me it never worked. Big waste of time and money. Go somewhere else to do your business banking, the fees here for wires are crazy high compared to everywhere else, I know because I've been shopping banks. Overall ok but nothing is ever easy here, even closing my business account confused a couple employees.
