Had been banking with them for years so I called the number on the letter to figure out a reason but all they said was "when you signed the paperwork upon opening the account, it said we can close the account whenever if we choose without giving you a reason". Very aggravating especially for someone that's been going here since it was National City in the late 90s. Some of the help cant understand directions on how to deposit checks even after being told a special way to do it 3 times!! From now on ill ONLY go onto the lobby!!

Naw, they are down pretty much nightly from 1130ish to 330am to "optimize our systems". If you have your paycheck direct deposited into an account they didn't choose get ready for monthly fees, if you don't make enough transactions, more monthly fees... will be changing banks soon.
