Very aggravating especially for someone that's been going here since it was National City in the late 90s. Some of the help cant understand directions on how to deposit checks even after being told a special way to do it 3 times!! From now on ill ONLY go onto the lobby!!

Naw, they are down pretty much nightly from 1130ish to 330am to "optimize our systems". If you have your paycheck direct deposited into an account they didn't choose get ready for monthly fees, if you don't make enough transactions, more monthly fees... will be changing banks soon.

App development is an on going process, but come on..tonight, 4/23/17, it's down for 7 hours. What y'all got going on that it takes that long? There are a lot of improvements that can be made to the app and your mobile/online site but I don't see them coming to fruition.
