Everyone is always quick to answer questions and help with any issues promptly. I am more often than not, the guy showing up or calling with issues or to do banking in the last minutes of operating hours, and I am always treated with courtesy and a genuinely welcoming greeting. I think it has a lot to do with leadership. I just called 10 minutes til closing time with multiple issues and every one of them was handled quickly by the branch manager Ally. She took the time to make my problems hers to fix, and she is excellent at it! Everyone from the personal bankers stationed just inside the front door, to the tellers, to the manager, are banking professionals. That’s why I continue to bank at PNC. Thanks again!

Very aggravating especially for someone that's been going here since it was National City in the late 90s. Some of the help cant understand directions on how to deposit checks even after being told a special way to do it 3 times!! From now on ill ONLY go onto the lobby!!

App development is an on going process, but come on..tonight, 4/23/17, it's down for 7 hours. What y'all got going on that it takes that long? There are a lot of improvements that can be made to the app and your mobile/online site but I don't see them coming to fruition.
