- KKKelsey KepnerMar 21, 20261.0Spoke to PNC CUSTOMER SERVICE regarding accounts and cards that were stolen. They told me I could go to the nearest branch. I then spoke to branch staff on the phone and they told me to come in and get a new card via branch. I told her I did not have my ID as it was stolen with my card. Once arrived, She stated I must have an ID. This branch has given poor customer service in the past. Best luck with noblesville or Westfield..

I tried to take equity loan out and they lied to me about how much I could get... Went out of the country and they didn't let me know it took two to three days to get money converted... They act as if they can help you but when things get to the point they seem to fail every time.... Credit union is far better than this places or any other bank for this matter!
