- TTT4 days ago3.0Just started receiving paper statements this month after years of paperless. Went online and had to reset that and seen they charge $3 for checking statements. Glad I looked. Also, it quit my monthly transfers from checking to savings, yes had plenty in account for it to transfer. Been doing that transfer 20+ years. Didn't set that back up. You are slipping.

I tried to take equity loan out and they lied to me about how much I could get... Went out of the country and they didn't let me know it took two to three days to get money converted... They act as if they can help you but when things get to the point they seem to fail every time.... Credit union is far better than this places or any other bank for this matter!
