The manager Jeff was on the drive thru line and would not process my wire transfer even when no one was in the drive thru line. The other employee was with a client for over an hour opening up an account for minors. This was poor service. The manager Jeff was at the Danada branch. A smaller branch nearby (Glen Ellyn) had three employees and could have processed my wire transfer in ten minutes. Jeff should have had an additional employee present even with the lobby closed. Only one drive thru lane was open resulting in long delays.
