  Maria is very patient because she does her job wonderfully. She's very kind and respectful, and also very organized. She knows what's going on with her work, is always treated with respect, and understands you very well. She knows her job well and will show you step by step how to do it better and more easily. She speaks English and Spanish, so you'll feel very comfortable communicating with her. Thank you for helping me create my first account; I appreciate it. Keep up the good work! 👏🏼🙏

  I haven’t had any issues with this particular branch, but every single Friday, when trying to pay bills the service is always unavailable because of “maintenance!” I will be changing banks as this is very inconvenient. I have been trying to access my account today, for the past few hours.

  Would give 5 stars but you have to ask for a withdrawal slip when you get there.

  Called to receive some banking information about my account so I could set up my direct deposit at work. The young man who answered the phone -- George -- told me that he wasn't going to give me the information that I requested and that I needed to go into a PNC branch and have them give me this information in person. After informing him that I moved 900 miles away and that the closest PNC is now 2 states away from me he essentially told me tough cookies and put me on hold for 15 minutes after I requested to speak to a manager. Extremely rude young man. Nicole (personal banker) and much of the other staff are lovely people to work with, however I don't expect this sort of treatment from people that are handling my money. The woman named Aricelli, who answered the phone after I hung up and called back, was also very nice and helped me out, however that young man definitely needs a talking to or some sort of further training in how to handle his job.
