- MMMiMiJul 29, 20222.0I haven’t had any issues with this particular branch, but every single Friday, when trying to pay bills the service is always unavailable because of “maintenance!” I will be changing banks as this is very inconvenient. I have been trying to access my account today, for the past few hours.

The young man who answered the phone -- George -- told me that he wasn't going to give me the information that I requested and that I needed to go into a PNC branch and have them give me this information in person. After informing him that I moved 900 miles away and that the closest PNC is now 2 states away from me he essentially told me tough cookies and put me on hold for 15 minutes after I requested to speak to a manager. Extremely rude young man. Nicole (personal banker) and much of the other staff are lovely people to work with, however I don't expect this sort of treatment from people that are handling my money. The woman named Aricelli, who answered the phone after I hung up and called back, was also very nice and helped me out, however that young man definitely needs a talking to or some sort of further training in how to handle his job.
