- JJJGDundeeApr 29, 20231.0They went from a full service bank, down to two ATM's. There is no drive up service. There are no in person bank tellers. Customer service is nonexistent at this location.
- RBR BMar 22, 20221.0A waste of time and money. They charge high fees for many things. They want you to schedule an appointment to reopen an account despite already being there and willing to wait. The teller said they had someone coming in for an appointment and to come another day. I was nearby and never saw anyone enter the bank. They don't want to do anything. The last time I came in they told me I can take care of my business online. If I wanted an online bank I wouldn't have chose PNC. I came to the bank for assistance, not be treated like I didn't matter.
