From the start, I’ve met with the staff in person and have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. Since then, I’ve used both the drive-thru and gone inside for assistance, and each time the service has been efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. The business banker is absolutely wonderful—so helpful and a true sweetheart. The new branch manager is fantastic as well, and the entire team clearly cares about their customers. The mobile app is user-friendly and far better than the one I had at my previous bank, making banking on the go stress-free. I’ve also called in for help a few times, and each time my questions were handled directly without being transferred around. Even though I’ve only been with this bank for a few months, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. No problems at all so far, just great service. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused experience!

Then tell you it could possibly take weeks before they can find it to process it. In the meantime your money is not making money but sitting on someone desk to eventually mail back to the branch. Just Incompetent!!
