- MMMatt MillerOct 6, 20251.0Absolutely terrible experience at Schaumburg Currency Exchange. They tried to charge extra unnecessary fees and gave us the runaround instead of explaining anything clearly. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of senior citizens, which is disgusting and unacceptable. The woman working there was rude, wouldn’t explain what was going on, and even started talking under her breath in another language while we were standing right there — extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. People deserve honesty and basic respect, especially seniors who have worked their whole lives. I’ll never go back here, and I strongly suggest others stay far away from this place until they learn how to treat people with fairness and decency.
