I don't like the company itself, they have a grace period and despite never missing a single payment( always within the grace period) they always contact me telling me i missed one . Then fix it after. Going inside is pretty usually because they have you do the work usually . Also the wait is usually a decent time despite having multiple employees working

The worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. They won't send you bills and then when you try to pay online they won't let you create an account and then when you try to pay over the phone it takes half an hour to get through the prompts. Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else.

They made an unauthorized withdrawal from one of my accounts then would not correct their error properly, which caused my income taxes to increase. When asked to provide evidence that I received notification that the withdrawal would be made they could not produce any documentation. When asked to explain why their assistant branch manager did not notify me about the withdrawal, when I was at the branch on the day they made the withdrawal, they had no explanation. This bank is poorly managed from the top down and I can say this because I have over 14 years of banking experience largely at a management level.

Gail and Ahmer are amazing people that know hoe to do banking the right way. I am a noob when it comes to banking and they have brought me up from a lowly gas station attendant to a self employed electrician. they have helped me manage my finances in a safe manner and given me the correct advice to build credit for business loans and a mortgage. If you need a banker, go here and talk to Ahmer or Gail. I would recommend these two wonderful people to anyone.

I am a person who makes lots of transactions with cash, when I have all the change from those trans actions saved up I think to myself oh my bank ( bmo Harris ) should be able to take it. nope and so im looking all over..... basically even though I didn't have an account with them they still helped me out. great customer service.
