When she contacted customer service, she was unable to get anyone on the phone. She then did a chat version to customer service. They informed her that they didn't sell her information and it was okay for them to give it away. They then blamed her for them giving it away because she didn't tell them that she didn't want all of her bank account information given away. If you are using PNC Bank, I would recommend that you contact them and let them know that you don't want them giving your bank account information away. According to them, they have every right in the world to give your information away to anyone, but they won't sell it. I would think it was quite obvious that people don't want their bank account information given away.

We waited for 50 mins in the car and then I went in before they closed and she went and talked to the guy and she had me take seat. The guy called me from his office, 5 ft away from me to tell me that they close is 2 mins and he can't help us today! He didnt even have the common courtesy to get up out of his office to tell me to my face! He didnt even apologize until I said wow I don't even get an apology from you.....
