  I'm not sure who my wife and I spoke to, but we called about a notary, the lady was rude to me from the start, gave attitude and then told me they don't notarize real-estate, but as my wife explained it wasn't that type of paper work, she then told my wife that she could bring it in but will not notarize it. It was a paper for a check that was not received, so the company can resend the check. The lady was disrespectful and rude, and whoever hired this person is not very intelligent to have this person representing there company as customer service representative when they have no social skill at all. I've worked in C.S. for many years, I've never spoken to a customer like that, not even when they were rude to me, cuz that is what being a good rep. is, someone who keep professional in any situation. Rehire retrain do something cuz you lost my business for sure, and I would never recommend getting anything done at this facility. Not to mention there are many other ones, and the people at every other one I've gone to have been extremely nice and helpful even when told they couldn't do what we needed, cuz thats how a good representative acts. DO BETTER! If I could I'd put no stars. Also I believe the people who have given this place 5 stars are due to all the poor ratings and are just probably fake. Cuz there is just no way anyone could ever have a good experience here not with the person I delt with.

  They change what you need every time and are rude as hell. They are completely useless. Have had to go back numerous times for the same thing and still can’t get it done.
