  Awful service! Spoke to CS 888-pncbank line and was told to go to branch to pick up letter for pay off of my car. Was told they would be ready for me, they weren’t! Had an appointment w. Henrietta Branch mgr, she wasn’t there. Spoke to the lady at the first desk & she told me she would work on it and call me on Monday didn’t. I called on Tuesday and left message with a person and a week later still no response. Finally spoke to Michael a week later and all the sudden now I have to pay $25 for a letter of pay off. Told them I would not pay and asked to speak to the branch manager (I already left 2 messages for her to call me back, no response) left another message 3 days ago and still no call back. Who is running this place!!!!!

  Friendly and fast service. Good customer care via phone. Been a customer there 9 years and set up my B kids accounts with them.

  I haven’t been a customer for very long maybe a few months. Cassandra did a fantastic job with setting up my account she’s very nice and eager to help anyone but everyone else at this route 59 location not so much, I don’t like how the other tellers treat me when I come in here. But the fees at this bank are too unpredictable and I will be closing my account as soon as my last check hits as I know there is 2 different banks in the area that are better to do business with

  Came in last week to get a new card and Corrin helped me. She was very sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service!
