  Used to have such great workers that are helpful!! As of now they changed their staff and they’re very rude! Been banking here for a long time and always felt comfortable! Not anymore 👍

  I have had a account with PNC Bank for over 10+ years,they don't help get your money back,when it is fraudulently to taken would not recommend this bank

  I won't even give them a star there horrible they took my 100 dollar deposit and then told me suspicious activity was on my account keep in mind the account had not even been open for a day literally just opened the bank account and they would not give me my 100 dollars back and it would be sent in the mail I did not even get notified of the suspicious activity on my account till I called when I couldn't use my debit card and then they told me when I called not them sorry but shouldnt I be the first to know of supcipus activity on my account do not give them your money they dont care that that the last money you had till pay day they take your money make you wait days to get it back and have to fight for it back your just not handed it back

  I love this bank!!!!tellers know you once they see you,caring,friendly,and helpful. My family lives in NC,they also have PNC,it great when we can transfer money in less than a minute,no bank charge.if your looking for a bank with a Great Heart,join PNC family
