- LFLucy FNov 8, 20255.0I didn’t get their names, but the staff I am referring to worked the 9 am shift on Saturday, 11/8 at the Palatine branch. The gentleman who stood by the door was friendly and welcoming as he held the door for clients coming in and out of the building. The two tellers were wonderful and professional. I really appreciated their patience when I made a special request to have some of the bills exchanged for newer bills.
