  Rahn very much appreciated and enjoyed the staff.. Taylor and Kathryn were the employees and we could not have asked for better!! 100 stars from Rahn and Teeha!

  Before I dive into this review, please understand that I am WELL AWARE I'm partially at fault here. I am in utter disbelief that they called my LANDLORD to nag about my payments being behind. I recently lost my job, became incredibly ill, and have barely been able to scrape by. For whatever reason their name doesn't show up when they call me so I didn't answer when they apparently called several times (not their fault). Also, for some reason they quit taking automatic payments out of my bank account even though I never cancelled it (their fault). I honestly almost forgot I even had a loan with them because I've been so stressed out and admittedly overwhelmed (this part isn't their fault). My voicemail also doesn't work right so if they left messages, I didn't hear them (this isn't their fault). However, no matter how far behind I may be, that doesn't excuse involving my landlord to resolve the issue. I felt so terrible for getting him involved. I was mortified when he banged on my door and handed me the phone earlier today. What an obnoxious move...it makes it seem like they're trying to make you feel anxious about your living situation, which is just disgusting. Everyone is struggling right now and she couldn't have been more condescending with me on the phone. Whoever places most of these calls has the most obnoxious, nasally, unfriendly voice I've ever heard. I would've given them a higher rating if it hadn't been for what happened today.

  My coworker directed me to check out sun loans. To get my taxes done. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If and when I need a loan in the future. I will most certainly do business with sun loans. 11/10 business

  Kathryn was extremely helpful in assisting me with obtaining my loan. She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. The interest rates were fair and reasonable, and I would definitely recommend Sun Loans to others. ⭐
