- JMJoseph MannoApr 18, 20231.0Several weeks ago I had purchased Cashier's Checks. I left the Currency Exchange & realized that I needed one more Cashier's Check. I went back in, & the white woman said VERY RUDELY, "What do you want?". Then the other woman behind the counter proceeded to tell me that she can help me. Although they're more expensive, thankfully both Walmart & Jewel can also provide this service. I will NEVER return to the Oswego Currency Exchange. I've been going to either Jewel or Walmart (for Cashier's Checks), where my business is so much more welcomed.
- JHJohn HillmanNov 3, 20181.0Their prices for just about anything are absolutely ridiculous. They charge a $19 additional fee for license plate renewals, plus another $4 to use a credit/debit card. Seriously? I walked out of there the second I saw those insane prices. EDIT (in reply to the owner's reply below): Well then you should probably take down the sign that clearly says the fee for license plate/vehicle registration renewals is $19. Its the big sign listing all your prices on the wall to the right, right when you walk in the door. And sure, the fee for getting cash from an out of network ATM might be around $3 to $4, but I'm not getting cash out of an ATM. I'm making a purchase. Lol.
