  The black lady teller at this location has been extremely rude to me both times I have tried to cash a check there that was drawn on the bank I do not have an account and realize they do charge a fee Today I went to cash a check that the couple I take care of pays me with Their son is their financial POA and writes the checks This same lady who also gave me a hard time last time was there today I presented my ID and a credit card like they request After about 10 minutes she comes back with some crap that they are suspicious of the signature on the check it looks different she is trying to get ahold of their son who is golfing in Florida She acted like she was trying to accuse me of forgery What a witch I am a nurse and very honest I told her give me back the check I will take it to my own bank Chase where they don't treat people like dirt I would never bank at this place That teller was downright rude nasty and unprofessional

  There is a sign outside claiming that the atm is 24hrs but the doors are locked the moment the bank closes. Just take the damn sign down at least

  They have a sign that says 24hr ATM inside entrance but they locked that entrance when they closed, either actually have a 24hr atm or take the sign away.

  Eduardo was a teller that helped me when I walked in randomly and he helped me to raise my credit limit on my visa! I’m actually a manager at another financial institution that’s not PNC in normal, IL and I was super impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about the Pnc cash reward Visa. I didn’t even know I had almost $200 in cash rewards from using my credit card the past few years and he transferred it into my account. Great job Eduardo!!
