She also set up new accounts for bill payments based on our needs but did so in way that would not cost us extra fees! She was very gracious, patient and helpful and I don’t think we could’ve made it through without her. Amazing Customer Service!

A gentleman is usually the one who helps me but today I was dealing with an older white lady about her late 50s early 60s tells me that I can not exchange my bills due to the fact I don’t have a PNC account. I just mentioned I come here often to exchange bills the customer service she displayed was very piss poor and made absolutely no sense. Being black in small towns like this I deal with a lot of I’m sorry I can’t help you. I changing bulls is not iilegal or against policy if it has been done here at this location multiple times prior to your none sense like make it make sense. I went across the street to Commerce Bank they were great and did the exchange with no issues or questions that’s how you suppose to treat customers with great service.

I’m actually a manager at another financial institution that’s not PNC in normal, IL and I was super impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about the Pnc cash reward Visa. I didn’t even know I had almost $200 in cash rewards from using my credit card the past few years and he transferred it into my account. Great job Eduardo!!
