I’m actually a manager at another financial institution that’s not PNC in normal, IL and I was super impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about the Pnc cash reward Visa. I didn’t even know I had almost $200 in cash rewards from using my credit card the past few years and he transferred it into my account. Great job Eduardo!!
