I was asking her check it again, as I was told at the time of opening 15000 dollars. When I asked banker to close my account, upon checking banker find out it is to be 5000. Without through checking my account teller told me 25000 in an unprofessional manner. Other teller Galen helped me to issue the cheque. Cashier cheque even didn’t display the validity of checke. Other bank indicate the timevoid after Very unprofessional staff at this branch. I would say find other bank

By the time I finished the process, my 'JOINT' account never asked for my joint applicant's information and I was printing the final signature card for verification purposes. Now I've got to go in AFTER I WAIT FOR MY MATERIALS IN THE MAIL with both of us anyway. By checking JOINT ACCOUNT, I expected it to be taken care of throughout the process.
