  I am a new customer. I set up a bank account last Saturday. I have now had issues with two things, already. I have called the branch both times and they were unhelpful. Today, they said that I would need to call the Zelle department that is only open M-F. This is the second time that I have needed assistance and they have not been able to help. Why are there physical branch locations and people getting paid to work if they can't actually help. And you have to call a customer service phone number to get any help at all.

  I usually don’t give reviews but I loved meeting with the bank teller to open an account. She was so fun to talk to & I felt welcomed! Love the location & staff!

  They do not take change unless you roll it yourself. I had over $500 in various coins. I have an account, why can't I cash in my change without having a hassle? So dumb

  Best customer service! The team is extremely helpful and always goes the extra mile for their customers. Louis, the bank manager, and especially Roxy, go above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. Truly the best banking experience I’ve had in the Naperville area! Way to go PNC for putting great team. They deserve more than a good bonus!

  PNC refused to allow me to withdrawal my money. They claimed they did not have enough information to verify a withdrawal. Apparently my balance, debit card, account number, drivers license, and passport is not enough for a withdrawal, but they kindly reminded me every other sentence that I could still make a deposit. Not only an inconvenience, but cost me thousands of dollars and weeks of time lost. The message was clear: PNC can take your money, but won’t give it to you. I’ll be closing my account ASAP…if they’ll even let me.
