They’ll make you turn away or walk if you have any issues. They’re rude absurd and less compassionate. They wouldn’t help me to get my money back after waiting months and months of it receding a check. They reissued many Times til they decided I can’t get my money back
- OYOneHotLilPotato YeNov 12, 20221.0I came in after getting all my money wiped out from fraud on my account. I waited an hour to get in I was so nervous about my funds. Well my "Helper" today was an indian woman who couldn't have been more rude, short, and obvious she wanted me gone. She literally was grilling me about my spending habits, didn't bother to look for more than two seconds on the charges I was showing her that were fraudulent that she couldn't find herself. If I wasn't so in shock at how unprofessional she was, I would have asked for someone else but left feeling like I was more of a burden than a customer. Some empathy and decency could go a long way but she showed she had neither in any supply. She neither wanted to show me any ways my account could gain additional protection, nor did she offer any alternatives or steps I could take going forward. I never write reviews much less negative ones but i'm so mad and stressed out that i'm still thinking about it an hour later. This woman should not have a job working with customers.
