  I don't know whats up with the manager cocky attitude in this place. Being able to come to a resolution in a single contact makes things harder and just give you attitude and her particular smirk. The last thing I need is my bank making my day harder.

  Went twice to see customer service , waited for 30 plus minutes. Everyone is busy on phone .. did not care about customer time. took an apointment to see banker but dd not get attended. Left without seeing banker.

  As soon as you enter that location.. one polish old lady (worker) is looking into your “wallet” we as a clients do not have privacy of signing the checks before deposit. Please train your employees and tell them to stay in their area of work. I love PNC and i am long time client but this lady just lost me as a client for your location. I felt discriminated. Thank you for your business., will never stop in tour location again.

  Our mortgage was recently changed to PNC Bank so we scheduled a time to talk with Thelma Lugo Gonzalez, and was very satisfied with her knowledge and experience in our matter. Most definitely 5 star treatment we were givin, and now has us thinking about transferring some of our other accounts to this Bank "branch" because of the professional manner and curtiousy. Thanks again and I can see why more people want to use PNC Bank. Excellent employee's

  Waiting to receive my credit card more then 2 month . First they said its lost , now its been 3 more weeks ... still not received .. very bad ..
