After approaching the window and handing over my paperwork, the employee immediately turned her attention to a conversation with a coworker several stations away. They proceeded to discuss a Jimmy John’s order—going back and forth about sandwich choices and toppings—while I stood there waiting with no acknowledgment. This went on long enough to be clearly noticeable and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing role. At no point was there any sense of urgency, professionalism, or respect for my time. This is a clear example of poor customer service and lack of basic workplace standards.

Big shout out to Janet, she is on top of it, I've never had a smooth currency experience anywhere when dealing with plates and title, but she knows what she's doing and makes it look easy
