I went in with questions and felt like i was understood and got the information i needed on what to do next. She did everything she could to help me and that really goes a long way.

Went in to pay my credit card, asked what the balance was to pay in full and paid that amount, no other charges made or pending, received a bill for additional charge b/c the teller did not tell me the correct amount. When I brought the situation to her attention, she had no explanation for me and was rude through the rest of my transaction. Canceled our credit card and refinancing our auto loan to another lender.
