  Para José el banquero ,le doy las gracias por averme atendió de una manera muy amable y explicado todo lo relacionado con mi cuenta de cheques ,y también como funciona la aplicación en el celular, gracias José por tu buen trabajo que desempeñas sigue así .

  I had a great experience Quiana was atenative ,very professional I'm not super computer savvy she really went out and beyond the call of duty for that thank you. This just happened around the first week in May✌️👌

  I walked in before closing time by 20 minutes, they told me that they cannot help me today because we are closing after 20 minutes. So bad experience

  My review is based on the experience I had with one of their sales associates - Teresa Krol. She was very polite and helpful, thanks to her my auto loan went from 5.09% to 3.125 % APR. Other than that the branch is very busy on Saturday so plan accordingly. YMMV
