Horrible bank. Employees are very rude and always on phone when walking in. Dont greet customers when coming in, overall bad customer service. When I was in they also were talking bad about another customer that had left right in front of us.

My dad passed away 2 months ago (early July). Since my dad did his banking at Casey State Bank, my brother and I felt the easiest thing to do was open the Estate Account at the same bank. We went to the Marshall, IL branch since that is also where mine and Dad's lawyer is. I would give the Marshall Branch a one star review except for the fact that though the employees were clearly undertrained, they were professional and really tried to be as helpful as they could. The employees had no clue as to how or what we needed to do to close Dad's accounts and open an estate account. We had all the paperwork the lawyer told us we would need. After multiple phone calls, they finally were able to close all of Dad's accounts and get an estate account set up. Not to sound cold hearted, but people die every day, you would think this is something they would deal with on a regular basis. We were given 3 counter checks and told we would receive 100 checks in 10-14 days. That amount of time passed, and no checks, so when I went to the bank to make a deposit into the account I asked about the checks. They looked at the computer and said it would be another 10-14 days as the checks had not shipped yet. I asked about getting more counter checks while we waited for the regular checks to arrive. I was told they could only give 3 counter checks, but that if I needed to write checks I could come into the bank and do cashier's checks. They did not say, but since I have never gotten a free cashier's check at any bank, I assume that I would have to pay for them. After another 14+ days we still had not received any checks. This was near the end of Aug. They stated that the checks had shipped on Aug 2nd, and if we had not received the checks by Friday of the following week to let them know. After 1.5 months of waiting for checks, we still have not received any. Casey Bank was informed indirectly by me closing the Estate Account, and opening one at Regions Bank in Robinson, IL. I have banked with Regions for over 20 years, and have always been very pleased with the service I received. I closed the Casey Bank account at the Robinson Branch as I had to go to Robinson anyway to open the account at Regions. I will write a separate review on the Robinson Branch, which I am giving 1 Star.

Bought a car through them and NEVER again. He have been harassed by Jason along With my family. They keep saying I missed payments but bank statements show otherwise. Worst bank by far and highly do NOT Recommend. Every person I had talked to has been rude. They sent me a check back of the payment I recently paid.

Tiffani Higginbotham has been our loan officer on multiple transactions and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service we received from her and Casey State Bank.
