- ADAnthony DressenDec 3, 20251.0PNC Bank is a disorganized mess. Do not take a loan out with them. Do not bank with them. They will report accumulated interest on top of the payoff amount instead of reporting the principal. PNC’s report will show that you missed no payments but for some reason your loan is increasing when it really isn’t. Their credit reporting department is only accessible by snail mail. They don’t even have a phone number. When I did write them a letter to explained that they were reporting incorrectly and it immediately happened again. I know this was intentional because it was exactly five days after I wrote the letter. Normal credit reporting for them happens at the end of the month, not in the middle. Avoid PNC Bank at all costs.
