When attempting to resolve, all I received were numerous calls telling me there is nothing they can do. What a shame we are bound to these useless banks. Looks like it’s time to move the personal and commercial accounts to someone else..

No, I don't remember my account number, but here is my Driver's License, please kindly look it up. She also requested a debit card or credit card, no other branch has ever asked for it. Simple transaction that should have taken less than a minute took over 10 minutes, what was she doing with my Driver's License and my credit card!?!?. I've been with PNC for over 20 years with numerous accounts but this kind of experience wants you take your business elsewhere.
