Incredibly unprofessional. I don't care how many times a day you guys have to tell customers that, there's no excuse for an attitude. Find a new profession if you can't handle customer service properly.

I came in little over and hour before close to set up a business account and when the very polite young lady approached the manager about it he said “right now “ sounded like he was ready to go for the day. Very disappointing because I wanted to give PNC my business but I think I will be reconsidering . I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and refuse to come into places right before close and I thought an hour was ample time but the gentleman expressed his disinterest right in front of me.
