From there Mark purchased an existing tax and accounting practice from Terry Welch On November 1, 1987, and then moved the firm from Nekoma, Illinois to its present location in Altona, Illinois in 1991. Since then Compton Accounting has opened two other locations in Kewanee IL and New Windsor IL to better serve his clients.
