  They will close an account even if you are not the primary and don't get any money to the account stay stay away they are horrible

  This bank is one of the most unprofessional banks I have ever been to. They tell me to sign up for the alerts and all of the security measures that they have but then go against it by saying their alerts are not always right. Then to top it off they owe me $19 and have yet to pay me my money. I had to go up there with a financial advisor to prove to them that owe me. It has been 5 business days since they have called me back from when I was supposed to meet with the assistant manager Monica. Monica has yet to contact me or do anything with my account after this I will be closing this account without a second thought.

  This bank is HORRIBLE. They will hold employer payroll checks for 3-4 days even when the employer is well established & banks with PNC as well. Because of this I have spent months now cashing my checks at a Currency Exchange. PNC will also tell you that your checking account is setup to refuse any debits that would go over what is in your account BUT IT DOES NOT and they do this so that they can charge you exorbitant overdraft fees. Why is it that the app for the prepaid card that I had to get because of how awful this bank is to do business with can keep track of my debits in real time and yet PNC (a big national bank) cannot? Then they will hold on to smaller debits for 4-5 days and push through a larger debit that causes the account to overdraft and then they push through the smaller ones - all so that they make more money off of fees. I have talked to the local branch in person and to the national office numerous times to address these issues all to no avail. This bank is a scam. I've never had such a horrible experience with any business and the sad thing is that they are supposed to be protecting my money which they most definitely do not do.

  The service is excellent, the Ladies go beyond the call of duty, it's nice to visit even if you don't have an account!

  Waiting to cash 3 checks for over 20 might minutes. Seriously I went to the drive through big mistake.
